To link your own card

Step 1: Download and activate the LuxTrust Mobile app from your smartphone store or via the website https://mobile.luxtrust.lu/download. Make sure you allow notifications on your LuxTrust Mobile app so that you can validate your transactions.

itsme®  ID users will have to link their card to their LuxTrust certificate as online transactions can only be validated by LuxTrust Mobile.

If you already have the LuxTrust Mobile app, go straight to step 2.

Step 2: Log in to your E-Banking area and follow the steps below to link your card.

 
In the menu bar, click on the ‘accounts’ tab and then on the card you wish to use for online purchases.

In the menu on the left of your screen, click on ‘link my card’, then on ‘link to my LuxTrust certificate’.

You have successfully linked your card to your LuxTrust ID. The link is effective immediately. From now on you can validate your online purchases via your smartphone and the LuxTrust Mobile app. You can now leave the website or link other cards.
