Programmes for the Next Gen

We support the Next Gen at the integration phase, when they are considering joining the family business, with two dedicated programmes. The emphasis is on personal development and peer-to-peer discussions through workshops and input from facilitators, practitioners and family business leaders.

Voyage au cœur des familles en entreprise
At a pivotal moment in their history, this book recounts the fascinating and challenging journeys of eleven families who have created or developed a family business.
Being born into a 'family in business' means having to deal very early on with an environment charged with passion, work and close interweaving between the life of the family and that of the business. Charles Sunnen, Business & Next Gen Adviser

Summer Academy The family business: to join or not to join?

This programme is for the sons and daughters of family business entrepreneurs, aged 18 to 25, who, on leaving school or higher education, are wondering whether or not they want to join the family business one day.
