In 2022, to ensure that our processes are transparent and can be accessed by all our stakeholders, we published our non-financial report, complying with GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) standards.

Banque de Luxembourg's reputation is based on good governance and a strong culture of compliance. We have established an efficient structure and implemented rigorous processes and controls to ensure strict compliance with the regulations in force. We have also enshrined the principles of transparent communication, diverse composition of decision-making bodies, and participatory governance in our ongoing efforts to preserve the sustainability of our business.

We offer a sustainable and responsible range of products and services, integrating environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria throughout the investment process. This offer is enhanced by a discretionary socially responsible funds mandate and by three sustainable and responsible funds that have been awarded the LuxFLAG ESG and SRI Labels.

We have always aimed to play a vital role in Luxembourg’s local economy and to make an active contribution to its long-term development. 

We work with entrepreneurs established in the Grand Duchy, helping them to finance their projects and to develop, manage and safeguard the wealth generated from their business. Our commitment to the local economic fabric is also reflected in the strong partnerships we forge with our local providers.
